The remodeling of this 70’s split leveled single family home is already extraordinary because of its location. Set right next to a large nature reserve, it provides with wide views over morasses and pastures into green woods. Silence and space are two major assets to support the architecture of this project, which will be minimal and discrete. Focusing on authenticity this project will appear both sober and reduced, yet very vibrant and luxurious at the same time.
